Poem - My Life

I'll live my life as I see fit
To none will I surrender it

My dreams are mine to love and do
They do not need support from you

My hopes belong to me alone
Within my heart they make their home

My heart is mine alone to give
You cannot tell me how to live

I'll live my life as I see best
Until I find eternal rest
