Determination

I always loved the poem Invictus, I've always found it useful to have around when I'm stressed out. It's a poem of stress, of feeling overpowered by life in general. But it is also a poem of determination, a poem about not giving up, a poem about staying in control no matter what difficulties come your way.
Sometimes I really need this poem. When I feel I am having difficulty surviving, this poem is one of the ways I work myself through, this is the poem that tells me to hold on. I can hold on. And I will. Because I want to.
That is why I love this poem. I hope it can help you as much as it helps me.
