Poetry - Crumbling Ruins

There's nothing in this world right now
That stands to reason why
I've given up, I just don't care,
I struggle to get by

I wonder where I stand right now
Is this my path in life?
The Universe is caving in
I've fallen into strife

I'm stumbling through my days right now
I cannot find my way
As step by step I stumble, fall,
And crumble, day by day
